Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stilo India. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality fashion and jewelry products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased from https://stiloindia.com.

  • The return is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings or pierced jewelry (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions

  • Damaged products due to misuse or negligence


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions if eligible.

  3. Carefully pack the item and send it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect product shipped

To exchange an item, contact us first with your order details and a photo of the issue. Upon approval, we’ll arrange the replacement.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them or before shipment.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can initiate a return after delivery (if eligible).


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Send a photo of the product and packaging to ✉️ suchismita@stiloindia.com.

  • We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost.
