Exchange Policy
Effective Date: July 29, 2025
At Stilo India, we care about your satisfaction. If you’ve received a product that doesn’t fit or is not quite right, we offer a smooth and simple exchange process.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
You must raise the exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact.
The product must not be damaged, altered, washed, or used in any way.
The item should be eligible for exchange (see non-exchangeable items below).
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for the following:
Earrings or pierced jewelry (due to hygiene reasons)
Customized or personalized products
Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions
Products returned in a damaged or used condition
3. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange:

Order number
Product name
Reason for exchange
Share clear photos of the product (if it is damaged or incorrect).
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Please do not send products back without our confirmation.
4. Shipping for Exchanges
If the exchange is due to size issues or change of mind, you will need to bear the return shipping cost.
If the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover the full shipping cost and arrange pickup if available.
5. Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your replacement item will be shipped within 5–7 business days, subject to availability.
If the replacement is out of stock, we will offer you the option to:
Choose another item of equal value
Receive a store credit
Request a refund (only if no suitable replacement is available)
6. Conditions for Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if:
The return shipment is not received within 10 days of initiating the exchange.
The product fails our quality inspection.
The product was clearly worn or damaged by the customer.
