Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stilo India. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when your products will be delivered.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 – ₹99 (based on location and order size)

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.


3. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once the order is placed.

  • Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent to your registered email or phone number.


4. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:

Please note: During festivals, sale events, or bad weather, deliveries might take longer than usual.

We partner with reliable logistics providers such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, Bluedart, India Post, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.


7. Delays & Issues

  • Stilo India is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues.

  • If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us immediately. We’ll coordinate with our delivery partners to resolve the issue.


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of ordering.


9. Damaged or Open Packages

If your package appears to be tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the parcel.

  • Take a clear photo and report the issue to us immediately via email or phone.
